Preliminary results for Q1-Q2 2025 were distributed on 9/29/25 (to the email address provided at the time of enrollment) to all engaged chiropractors.*

Reminder that the Q2 baseline and performance results are subject to change. Earning the 5% VBR will be based on full calendar year 2025 performance, including all enrollees (through 6/30/25).

*If enrolled between noon on 6/4/25 and the closing date of 6/30/25, the preliminary Q2 results will be shared via email by September 30th.
